This is the kind of state I’m trying to achieve without it being muddied by guilt. It’s beautifully painted here 🖤

Yeah for sure! And those are really good practices anything that can help you stay grounded in the present is extremely valuable.

Personally, I like doing breath work. There are several channels on YouTube with break work videos if you wanna try it out. Whatever your intention or destiny (destination) You wish to arrive at you’ll get there. And as you begin to be aware of your own self, your intuition will just naturally take over. So yeah I hope this helps in some way. 😁

I struggled with that as well. I felt that if I wasn’t working towards something, I was being lazy and wasting away my life. I felt guilty about taking naps or just daydreaming. Through meditation and mindfulness, started watching my emotions instead of reacting to them and that helped me tremendously to relax and let go of guilt and my expectations of how or what I should be doing. It’s really difficult at first, but with practice it gets easier. It’s so crazy right, that we have to practice how to actually relax and be still. But now, I can just lay still and not care and experience myself and feel more connected to my own life. There’s nothing to achieve there’s no where to be. And guilt really is other people’s voices that we have integrated. I hope you can work through the guilt you feel and experience your blissful state in the stillness. 😁 Thank for reading and thank you for your wonderful comment. 🙏❤️

Thanks for such a detailed and insightful response, too! I am just now starting to try being in the moment. Just taking in the most obvious immediate quality of an object I’m looking at or stopping to open a window and evaluate the sky. Grounding myself in the moment has made me feel more peaceful 👁️
